Cancellation Policy

We send email reminders for all appointments a day prior to the scheduled date. Appointment rescheduling or cancellation may be requested within a minimum of 36 hours before scheduled appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made via email at mariasbraiding.com or phone at 970-493-2753 or 970-672 -0243. No-show will automatically lose the deposit paid for the appointment. If we have to cancel your appointment due to inclement weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, a notification will be sent via email and phone to reschedule your appointment to a time that is convenient for you. If a reschedule is not possible, a refund of your deposit will be made. Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated time will be effected immediately. Please wait 5-10 business days to see the credit on your statements due to banking delays before contacting us.
